cargo watchみたいに、監視ファイル・ディレクトリーと実行コマンドの両方をコマンドラインオプションで指定できるコマンド欲しい。GuardはGuardfile書かないとなのがな。。。
% watch-and-run ./doc -- rake doc
みたいなことがしたい。
